Hi Everyone! For those of you worried about Owen, he got through his first shots with flying colors! Dr. Daddy cheated a little bit by using EMLA cream for those of you doctors or pharmacists out there who know what that is! He cried just a little bit and then smiled at us when it was all done. Owen is just 1 ounce shy of 14 pounds! He is in the 95th percentile for weight. He is 23 inches long, the average for kids his age. Grandma Chen just left us to go home back to Taiwan, and we eagerly await Grandma Yam to come this weekend. I know Owen must really love his two Grandmas!! |

Yeah, we know. There are very few photos of the 3 of us. Here's one to show that Mom, Dad, and Owen have been together at the same time at least once. I also uploaded some more photos to all of the albums. Enjoy!

All is going well with Owen and the rest of the family. Owen goes for his 2 month check up and first bunch of shots in 2 weeks! He won't be happy about that, but he is Superman afterall. Peggy goes back to work this coming Monday, so everyone pray real hard for her! Getting only a few hours of sleep at night and working may result in Zombie Peggy. Hope everyone likes the Superman pictures. We're working on finding a Batman suit. |

I had a succesful first day back at work. A little hectic getting everything together, but good overall. It's a little after 4:30 so I have to hurry and go bail grandma Chen out. :) |

Some of you know the story of Owen's alias. I wanted to name him either Clark Kent Yam or Bruce Wayne Yam. Here's proof that Clark Kent would've worked just fine.  Now, I've just got to find a batman suit to prove the other half of you wrong. David |
